Gwen E. Garrison, PhD
Senior Data Strategist
Dr. Garrison is a research and data strategist working to strengthen data collection, reporting, and policies. Leveraging organizational data assets through the trifecta of data skills: visualization, management, and governance. She provides data governance, business intelligence, and evaluation services.
Dr. Garrison has nearly 35 years of experience building and sustaining organizational data use for critical policy and operational decisions. She has managed large data systems with millions of records and thousands of variables with high ethical standards for privacy and security.
She is also the founding director of Claremont Graduate University’s Educational Evaluation and Data Analysis program and Clinical Full Professor in the School of Educational Studies.
