He brings rigorous project oversight and strategic insight to every engagement, ensuring that technology solutions are optimized for long-term success. 

His passion for empowering non-technical leaders to harness the power of technology has made him a sought-after speaker, consultant, and industry thought leader. He has spoken at major industry conferences, including the annual conferences for American Society of Association Executives and the Mid Atlantic Society of Association Executives. Notable presentations include "The Non-Technical Technology Leader" and "Our Data is a Mess: Data Governance to the Rescue!" He is also the co-author of Unleashing the Power of BI: Enhancing Decision Making through Data Management and Governance.

With nearly 35 years of experience, she has managed large data systems with high ethical standards for privacy and security. Additionally, Dr. Garrison serves as the founding director of Claremont Graduate University’s Educational Evaluation and Data Analysis program and holds a Clinical Full Professor position in the School of Educational Studies.​

Towsif specializes in system selection, implementation, and providing strategic guidance, with a focus on building strong client relationships through trust and open communication. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computing Informatics with a minor in Psychology from Rowan University and an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC).
