Methodology
A kickoff meeting helps to set expectations and goals of the project with staff.
We gather information by conducting staff interviews, collecting informative documents, and conducting a staff technology satisfaction survey.
We develop an Interim Report to inform SOME on the status of the project and to help identify what questions remain unanswered.
We acquire additional information by reviewing the current infrastructure, and follow-up on any outstanding questions.
As a final step we assemble all materials and findings into a final report. The final report is provided to the client and we closeout the assessment with a presentation of findings.

- Prioritized recommendations for changes, upgrades, and improvements that align with the organizations short and long-term goals.
- Cost estimates for each recommendation.
- Roadmap that helps define recommended project timelines.
